Cancellation Policy To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time: Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your booking may need to be rescheduled or canceled depending on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Walk-ins: You’re also welcome to stop by without an appointment during our working hours (8:00 PM – 12:00 AM), subject to availability. Payment: No prepayment is required.
